Our Services
01. Task Management

We keep track of every design related issue on a project using tools and processes developed in-house to solve the problem of complexity in construction. The most appropriate management structure can vary greatly based on the type of build, contract and project stage. We tailor a mix of strategies to ensure each team member is motivated and provided with the right information, at the right time to achieve the best quality outcome.
02. Design Workshops

We firmly believe in the importance of highly effective meetings that motivate, clarify and close out design. In workshops with Clients, Stakeholders, Designers, Managers and Subcontractors over the years we have developed processes to ensure every meeting has a clear agenda, all required information and a set of agreed actions and minutes for distribution to the team. Effective meetings lead to successful projects.
03. Design Review & Change Management

Change Management is one of the secrets of successful projects. This combines good project processes, regular design review and commercial awareness. We can help setup and implement CM processes and ensure the team is aware what constitutes change. We can undertake design reviews at key milestones or on a regular basis (as part of project approvals) to ensure all changes are captured and addressed.
04. Scopes & Tendering

A construction project is defined by the Contract and a well developed set of scopes is worth its weight in gold. As projects become more complex, dividing up design and building scopes without creating gaps becomes an ever greater challenge. We can compile a clear set of scopes with coordinated input from the Client, Contractor, Design Team and Trades to accurately capture the supply, design and fabrication of the project.
05. Design Planning
.png)
We work with Clients, Designers and Contractors to plan out design phases and map out when information is required. We emphasise the importance of developing a design programme and comprehensive list of deliverables so that the Design and Subcontractor Team have full transparency on the project's needs week by week. By reporting to the wider team we can respond to progress and gain confidence in the Design.
We specialise in solving problems on complex projects with large multidisciplinary teams.
Featured Projects
01. Norton Folgate
Contractor: Skanska
Client: British Land
Value: £225M ($460M AUD)
Size: 19,000sqm / 11 + 14 stories
Type: Commercial
Construction: Heritage Retrofit & PT Concrete
Facade: Prefabricated Brick & Curtain Wall
Address: Norton Folgate, Shoreditch High St. London

Located on Shoreditch High Street in London, we led a large Design Team with five Architects each with 1-2 buildings each as a part of British Land & Skanska’s £225M Norton Folgate development. This mixed-use project revitalised the Elder Street Conservation Area, blending historic restoration with modern architecture to create a vibrant commercial hub. Our in-house task management software ensured every design meeting was highly effective, and by integrating Revizto we streamlined coordination and clash detection simplifying an incredibly complex project. One of our key achievements was the creation of a tailored design responsibility matrix that eliminated scope gaps and enabled smooth subcontractor procurement.
02. Square Kilometer Observatory Array
Contractor: Ventia / Teck Global
Client: SKAO / Aurecon
Value: £170M
Size: 3,700sqm
Type: Laboratory
Construction: Modular & Transportable Steel
Facade: Insulated Panelling & RFI Steel Shield
Address: Murchison, WA, AU

The SKAO scientific endeavour will change our understanding of the universe. We contributed to the construction of the Central Processing Facility with Teck Global involving the prefabrication of 21 modular steel framed units transported for assembly in Murchison, an isolated location in Western Australia. The buildings were designed as a Faraday Cage to shield the scientific instruments which was achieved through the development of a continuously welded steel shell integrated into the envelope. This groundbreaking scientific research facility demanded precision coordination and innovations in detailing and fabrication to ensure the extremely specification requirements. The logistics of prefabricating and shipping the buildings added a level of design and procurement complexity which required coordinated input from the whole Design Team.
03. Barnet HQ
Contractor: Galliford Try
Client: Barnett Council
Value: £37M ($76M AUD)
Size: 12,000sqm / 7 stories.
Type: Public Offices
Construction: PT concrete
Facade: Brick & Glass Reinforced Concrete
Address: Colindale, London
.png)
With GallifordTry and Barnet Council we worked on the design and construction of the new public offices of the Council. The design of the offices involved input from several stakeholders as the new base for multiple different departments. The GRC banding and brick facade with PT concrete slabs presented several detailing challenges that were overcome with collaboration with the Design and Subcontractor Teams.
